Ovingham and District Under 5s opened in 1999, run by a staff of Early Years Practitioners with decades of experience in the field. Located in the grounds of Ovingham C of E First School it is a separate charity with close links to the First School ensuring a smooth transition from pre-school to Reception.
In addition to the main nursery building, they have two enclosed outdoor spaces and access to the extensive school playing fields.
From the nursery there are beautiful views towards the River Tyne and the rail line which is a favourite of many children.
